well not all, just some. this video is kind of hard to watch knowing this is what an officer, on duty to protect and serve, is capable of such foul behavior. this is really disgusting. i am not even the type of person to want to see another person down and out but this officer doesn't deserve employment regardless of his reasoning for this. last but not least, why is he not charged with assault???
